  Everytime I go to tims now they mess up my order. They are impatient and rush you to pay for ur food and on top of that they screw it up after you've asked them to make sure the food is correct. The worst costumer service in town.

  The service was excellent, the man who helped me was a trainee, but he still did a great job! I had the spicy Mexican soup, the mint cookie, & white hot chocolate. Everything was delicious! The staff are all very pleasant and this location has a very nice atmosphere. The restaurant is super clean too! I will return to this location.

  What the hell have you guys done to the "food". It's shite. Your doughnuts taste like plastic now and any of your sandwiches aren't fit for consumption by dogs. I'm not being facetious when I say your food makes me sick. Service remains courteous though.

  They are not friendly. They don't greet you. They just ask what you want and send you to where you wait. Then your stuff is set down and they don't even look at you. They do not smile. They are not being rude but they are rushing around and not taking the time for customer service. There is no greeting, no smile and very little eye contact. My experience with the food is good and the speed of the service is good.
